tepperGo optimizes how you apply — scoring every role against your network, your résumé, and your goals so the right applications land warm.
Job search is a resource allocation problem. You have limited time and limited network capital. The system that helps you invest both — in the right roles, through the right people, with the right materials, in the right order — wins.
tepperGo is not a job board, a cover-letter generator, or a matching app. It's a decision engine wired to your résumé, your network, and your goals.
Every opportunity gets a match score from five components: skills, network, reply odds, growth, and effort. Hard constraints filter automatically. You see the rationale, not just the number.
tepperGo imports your LinkedIn export and maps it against every company in your pipeline. You get a ranked contact list per role, with the right outreach strategy for each.
For every role you commit to, tepperGo produces a complete application pack: a tailored résumé, a cover letter that sounds like you (anchored to your voice sample), connection-request and follow-up drafts, a company brief, and a role-specific interview prep doc.
Every artifact references the actual role's requirements and your actual experience — no generic AI slop.
Packet generation goes live with the next release — preview below shows the artifact tepperGo will produce on Commit.
Hi Maya,
I saw the Senior PM, Platform role open up — and given how much of Linear's last year has been about making the API the product, I wanted to reach out before going through the front door.
You and I worked the Connect API surface at Stripe in '22. The shape of the problem at Linear feels familiar: small platform team, big leverage, careful about which abstractions get to be primitives. I spent the last 18 months at Plaid doing exactly that for Identity Verification — happy to share specifics over a 20-minute call.
If now's not the right week, no pressure — but if it is, I'd rather have a real conversation than ship a generic application into your queue.
— Ola
Every opportunity, outreach, follow-up, and interview lives in one tracker. tepperGo surfaces what's stale, what needs a follow-up, and what's about to lapse.
| Company | Status | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Linear Sr PM, Platform | Outreach sent | |
| Vercel Lead PM, DX | Applied | |
| Mercury GPM, Payments | Interview · Tue | |
| Plaid Sr PM, Identity | Saved |
48 hours before an interview, tepperGo assembles a brief: business model, product context, recent signals, hiring manager's writing, and the questions you're most likely to get based on the JD and your résumé.
Most candidates run their search across 8 tabs, 3 spreadsheets, and a generic AI chatbot. None of those tools know your goals, your network, or what you've already done.

tepperGo's scoring engine is built to generalize across role types, but v0 is focused on the operators we can validate the loop with first.
Tech and product professionals — PMs, platform leads, and adjacent roles — searching across LinkedIn and company-site ATS. Network is LinkedIn-heavy and alumni-connected.
tepperGo optimizes interviews per application — by matching the right roles, surfacing the warmest path in, and tailoring every artifact to the role. Volume isn't the goal. Conversion is.
Does tepperGo apply to jobs for me automatically?
No — and on purpose. A human is always in the loop for final review and submission. tepperGo prepares the packet, drafts the outreach, and queues the action. You decide what goes out.
How does it know my network?
You upload your LinkedIn data export — the same archive LinkedIn lets you download from settings. tepperGo parses your first-degree connections, normalizes companies, and indexes them against every opportunity in your pipeline. Nothing is scraped.
Will the cover letters sound like generic AI?
No. During onboarding you paste a "voice sample" — a few paragraphs of your own writing. Every generated artifact is anchored to that tone before it gets to you. The default is sober and specific, not enthusiastic and bland.
Does it work for non-tech roles?
Yes — but tech/product is the v0 validation slice. The scoring engine is built to generalize across role types (credentials, state licensing, federal grade levels, mission-aligned roles), with clinical & social work as the next phase. If that's you, get on the early-access list and we'll prioritize that cohort.
What about my data?
Every record is row-level isolated to your account. We never sell to recruiters. The product is for candidates and only candidates — there is no employer side, no "talent marketplace," no inbound sales.
When can I use it?
Private beta is onboarding 200 candidates this quarter. Get on the list below — we prioritize active searchers and validated persona fit.
Bring your résumé and your LinkedIn export. tepperGo scores every role you add against your goals, network, and experience — so you spend your week on the right 5.
